We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size only.

To be eligible for an exchange:
    •    Items must be unworn
    •    All original tags must be attached
    •    Item must be in the same condition as received (picture of the item must be sent before approval).

Exchanges are NOT shipped until your original item is received. All returned items must be inspected to verify their condition before your exchange is processed and shipped.

You have 48 hours after your exchange label is sent to ship your exchange item. If the item is not shipped within 48 hours, your exchange request will be canceled. You have 48 hours after receiving your order to request an exchange.

After your exchange request is approved, you must purchase the Exchange Shipping through our website. This fee covers:
• New packaging materials
• Your return shipping label
• Shipping your exchanged item back to you
Your exchange will not be processed until the Exchange Shipping has been purchased.
